The purpose of this Whistleblowing Policy is to provide a safe and transparent process for raising concerns about wrongdoing, unethical behaviour, or risks that could harm individuals, our business, or the public. It supports our commitment to accountability, honesty, and compliance with UK law, including the Public Interest Disclosure Act 1998 (PIDA).
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, officers, contractors, agency staff, suppliers, and other stakeholders connected with AAA i Services (UK) Limited, trading as iSolutionhub.
3. Our Commitment
- Encourage open reporting of concerns in good faith.
- Provide multiple safe reporting channels.
- Protect whistleblowers from retaliation or unfair treatment.
- Investigate reports promptly, fairly, and confidentially.
4. What Can Be Reported
Examples include:
- Fraud, corruption, bribery, or financial misconduct.
- Modern slavery, human trafficking, or labour exploitation.
- Health & safety risks or environmental harm.
- Breach of data protection, confidentiality, or security.
- Criminal offences or regulatory violations.
- Cover-ups of any of the above.

- Confidential escalation to a director of the company.
Reports may be made anonymously, though this may limit our ability to investigate fully.
6. Confidentiality
We will treat all whistleblowing reports with strict confidentiality. Identities will only be disclosed where required by law or necessary for investigation, and with consent where possible.
7. Protection Against Retaliation
We have zero tolerance for retaliation. No whistleblower will suffer dismissal, demotion, harassment, or disadvantage for raising a concern in good faith, even if it proves unfounded.
8. Investigation Process
Upon receiving a report, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt (where possible).
- Assess and investigate promptly and fairly.
- Maintain confidentiality and impartiality.
- Take appropriate action and communicate outcomes where feasible.
9. Responsibilities
- Management: ensure staff know how to raise concerns and feel supported.
- Employees & suppliers: report suspected wrongdoing responsibly and in good faith.
- Investigators: handle reports objectively, fairly, and in line with company policy.
10. Escalation
If a concern cannot be resolved internally, whistleblowers may report to relevant regulators, law enforcement, or prescribed persons under UK law.
11. Review
This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains effective and compliant with law and best practice.
