1. Product Quality & Warranty
Yes. We guarantee that all mobile phones and accessories sold on our website are 100% genuine, brand new, and factory sealed.
Yes, we do sell refurbished or pre-owned items, but that will be specifically mentioned against those products.
Yes. Every mobile phone and accessory comes with the full, official manufacturer's warranty from the respective brand (e.g., Samsung, Apple etc.). The warranty period is valid from the date of purchase. For any warranty claims, you should directly contact the authorized service centre of the brand.
For refurbished items, standard warranty is 30 days. If warranty varies for a specific product, it will be mentioned specifically against that item.
Please refer to the warranty card included in the sealed packaging. You should visit or contact the nearest official, authorized service centre of the respective brand for technical support, repair, or replacement under the official warranty terms.
2. Ordering & Payment
Simply browse our product catalogue, select the items you wish to purchase, and proceed to the checkout page. Once your order is placed online, a unique order reference number will be generated for payment.
Currently, we only accept payment via bank transfer completed directly at one of our designated retail locations. We do not accept cash, credit/debit card payments, or online payment gateways for e-commerce orders.
This process is in place to ensure a secure, verified, and traceable transaction for high-value items before we initiate the fulfilment and shipping process.
Once the bank transfer is successfully completed and verified by our accounts department, your payment status will be updated to "Confirmed." We will then immediately begin processing and packaging your order for shipment.
3. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
We use DHL Courier for reliable and secure shipping of all orders.
Absolutely. Once your payment is confirmed and the item is shipped via DHL, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the DHL website or through our dedicated tracking page to monitor your package's location and estimated delivery time in real time.
Shipping times may vary based on your location. However, once payment is confirmed, we typically dispatch the order within 1-2 business days. The DHL tracking link will provide the most accurate delivery estimate.
Our shipments are insured. In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery (if possible) and immediately contact our customer support with your order number. We will initiate a claim with DHL and arrange for a replacement shipment as quickly as possible. If you find item damaged or defective after unboxing, please contact us for the same.
The final invoice, including all applicable VAT details, will be generated upon payment confirmation and will be shipped along with the order. A digital copy will also be available on the retail portal under order history section.
